biography
I am a New York City based visual artist specializing in figurative artwork in all traditional media and digital design work in both pixel and vector.
I have exhibited my paintings in New York, Washington, D.C., Philadelphia, Rome and Florence, Italy, Frankfurt am Main, Germany, and Luxembourg; most recently at Patrick Fine Arts, NYC and Vera Pietra Santa, Florence, Italy.
I received my BFA from the Cooper Union in New York and have studied with the Austrian artist Hermann Nitsch at the Staatliche Hochschule für Bildende Künste in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. Residencies include a two year term as Visiting Artist at the American Academy in Rome, Italy.
My artwork is in numerous public and private collections including that of the Smithsonian Institution in Washington, D.C. and that of the Director of the Louvre Museum in Paris, France.
